My overall experience was outstanding thanks to Pedro (the Service Manager) due to his superb customer service skills. He did a thorough job explaining the work that was needed for my Silverado and completed the service within the timeframe he stated. I'm must add, Pedro is a great asset to the Waldorf Chevrolet Service Dept.!!! Thank you!

I made and appt. the week before, after they had my car several days and it now the weekend, knowing they are closed Sunday I had to go get my car. Only because I got loud( not a proud moment for me) but people need their car, the manager got involved and explained they are short , I said well dont make the appt. so soon. I had to take it back ,another day withour my car. this time it was done that day. I knew it was a simple fuse, I told them that. but your policy is not to take other diognistics. ?? If I was not under warranty I would never go there.

All I can say is that I got in and out in a timely manner, and everybody was a true professional. Great service.

Came because my key wasn’t being detected by my vehicle. Even though the battery had been changed. I was told that they could not recreate my issue, but when I picked up my truck within 2 hours the problem occurred again. The problem occurred consistently throughout the day. So I don’t understand how you can keep a vehicle 2 days and never see a problem. I get my vehicle back and I see the problem within 2 hours.

i came in to have my regular maintenance completed, i worked with antonio and he was great. he got me in and out in a timely manor and on top didnt forget my military discount. he also let me know i had a slow oil leak which i was unaware of until my appointment. i will be coming back to work with mr antonio, thank you chevy for great sercvice.

I am dissatisfied with my GM Vehicle and the dealership I purchased my 2020 Chevy Tahoe!!! Every vehicle I have purchased over 45 years of driving, I have never needed a new transmission with only 103,000 miles on the vehicle. Also, right after the extended warranty expired. No assistance from the dealership, just to tell me I should look into purchasing a new vehicle. I will report to all my friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, etc. of this situation. A retired Military Veteran with 26 years of Military Service (from the War in Beirut, Saudia Arabia, Afghanistan and Iraq) to have to come home and deal with something like this because I decided to buy American. I feel the dealership or GM would or could help a veteran better. Especially since the vehicle was paid off in 2 years. Also, financed through GMAC instead of my Credit Union or any bank. The dealership did a great job. After going to prince frederick and Lexington park Chevy, (they sold the cars out from under me) Waldorf was a pleasure to work with. Easy from the start, delivery and the hand off was AWESOEM. Steven was great and patient.

Steve Walker made it happen. I had been walking on the sales lot several times. On about my fourth visit and after doing some pricing research on-line I was approached by Mr. Walker. I told him I was interested and he took the time to bring me up to speed on what I needed to close the deal.

It was good experience, told me everything I needed to know and more.

My very first visit for service was surprisingly excellent. From the moment I pulled in to the service lane, I was greeted with smiling & friendly faces. I was only there 1-hour for an oil change, tire rotation, & multi-point inspection. I was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t 2-3 hours (like other service departments)! This is the way it should be. Their waiting room was clean, comfortable, and had an awesome snack bar. I am hoping that getting my car serviced continues to be so easy in the future. Thank you 👍🙌👏

Robert, Aaron, and Chris did a phenomenal job at explaining everything about the vehicle and assisting with all the questions that I came with. This was by far one of the best truck shopping experiences I have ever had. I love Chevrolet but you never know what the temperament of the sales team will be. With the staff I mentioned in Waldorf, they make you feel like family, there was no feeling of being pressured to buy the vehicle or feeling that you are being taken advantage of. This is an honest group that truly lives up to the Chevrolet brand. I wish they were closer to where I live but they were SO above and beyond that I do not mind driving the 90-120 minutes to come back as I have more purchases to make and want to go through them exclusively. @Chevrolet , Huge props to you for hiring such a solid team out in Waldorf!

Appreciate the service that was provided only concerning is the vehicle is a 2019 and all the requirements as far as my regular maintenance in the car is not driven less than 80,000 miles to have the type of problems that I need to fix over six $7000 worth of work need to be done not quite understanding that

My experience at the dealership took a very long time. Almost 7 hours. Although I believe everyone involved in this deal had a vested interest in getting me the car, there were no offers to lower the MSRP. When I asked about the invoice price, I got no answer. Love the people, hate the process.

We worked with Ben Case on the purchase of my 2026 Equinox RS. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, extremely helpful, showed us a few options, and when there weren't any on the lot I liked he asked the sales manager to find a vehicle which matched what I wanted (which happened to be the RS package). All of the staff to include the sales department and finance department were great. I was heading out on an Alaskan cruise the night I was in there, but Ben took my number and kept me informed the whole week I was gone. When I came back from vacation, everything was set up and ready to go with the vehicle. Ben was an absolute joy to work with and I will be recommending him to anyone looking for a new Chevy vehicle.

I had an appointment to have my car serviced, (oil & filter change), I don't understand why it took four hours.

Set a appointment for Wednesday 7/22/26 8:30 for inspection on front end cause my vehicle was pulling to the right dropped off night before when dropped off asked the manager to make sure the my call me on the 22 by the end of the day and did not.The dealer didn't even look at my car at my appointment time.. was the following day they decided to test drive my car and had to call at 12:00 pm myself to see why they didn't call to let me know what was going on with my vehicle... so they test drove my car and said nothing was wrong with my vehicle but was referred to bring it to them by Lexington park chevy to bring there because my car has been pulling from 5000 miles and has 65000 now and they couldn't figure out the problem. Waldorf chevy said there is nothing wrong with my vehicle and all they did was test drive didn't even look... wife went to pick up vehicle from Waldorf chevy and had them test ride with her to prove it was pulling and all the tech said it was the road and did not believe her and Lexington park chevy confirmed to was pulling

I was kept well informed of the process of installing the dash cam in my truck in a timely matter.

Ken was awesome! Took the time to answer all questions, didn't push for anything we didn't want, and checked in on me after the purchase. My fiancé also bought a new truck from him because he was awesome. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone who listens. Initially I got a poor response for support from phone call, but after calling sales, they referred me to Antonio and I got excellent support.

Service was fast, the people were professional and the cost was reasonable.

Out of 9 dealerships in the area they were the only one who followed my request for email communications and then offered to go search and find me the vehicle I was looking for.

They made me pay for two seperate diagnostic tests for two problems I had going on with my car. A rip off! And then they didn't even figure out the issue. I had to use chatgpt to diagnose the problem with my vehicle which would cost less than $100 to fix!!

The manager did great with getting the transmission approved through Chevy. The communication with my advisor could have been much better. This dealership can do a better job with their vehicle loaner program.

The customer service is excellent from start to finish. My vehicle was in for service and fixed right the first time. Everyone needs to be commended for the great job they do.

The buying experience was 5 stars, the follow up remains to be seen. I purchased a 2026 Tahoe RST on Friday 7/10/2026. When I got home, I noticed that the easy enter/exit function of the air suspension was malfunctioning. I returned to the dealer 9:00am on 7/11/2026 to inform them of the malfunction. They said they would schedule a service appointment to have it looked at. When I brought the vehicle in for the appointment on 7/14/2026, the technician worked on it for several hours to no avail. I was told that they had never seen this issue before and it would need to be escalated for further diagnosis. As of today 7/16/2026 I am waiting for them to schedule a follow up appointment to attempt to correct the issue again. I will update this rating if and when this issue as been corrected.

Took my car in for oil change in which I had to argue about my last one being free. I got my car back my AC was on full blast. Outside of what I bought for coverage from Chevy I will not take my car there for anything else.

Received a text message to communicate with the dealership’s service department. After 5 days of daily text messages and no responses, I physically went to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. I was not provided any documentation after possession of my vehicle that any service was conducted. I was informed that an email copy of the services rendered would be provided, that was 7 days ago and still no email.
