What Is the Carbon Black Package?
First, it’s important to be precise about which models the Carbon Black Package is available on. Specifically, it can work with any of the following vehicles: the 2017 ATS-V, ATS, CTS-V, CTS and the CTS V-Sport.
The Carbon Black Package is a design package, geared to amplify the already top-notch design features of the listed cars. What’s interesting about this package is that its particular design enhancements are custom to each specific model. But to sum them all up, you’re usually looking at an upgrade of:

What Features Does the Package Come With?
The ATS-V Coupe & Sedan

On the outside, you’ll enjoy the V-Series black chrome grilles, After Midnight dark wheels, a carbon fiber front splitter, hood vent, and rear diffuser. You’ll also get rocker extensions and an aero spoiler.

The CTS-V Super Sedan
The CTS-V Super Sedan comes with V-Series RECARO Front Seats, After Midnight Dark Finish Wheels, and a Black Chrome Accented Grille and Carbon Fiber Package.
This means that on the outside, you’ll look forward to a chrome accented grille, dark finish wheels, front splitter, hood vent, rear diffuser, and aero spoiler. Inside, you’ll find the low-gloss trim. Also available are a suede wheel and shifter and a choice of V-Series performance front seats or RECARO V-Series front seats.
The CTS & CTS V-Sport Sedan
This applies for the CTS Luxury, V-Sport, and V-Sport Premium Luxury Sedan.
For the CTS Sedan, you’ll be driving pretty with a black chrome accented grille, a V-series rear spoiler, and dark finish wheels. Inside the cabin, you’ll love the low gloss-carbon fiber trim and the semi-aniline leather seats in the front.
For the V-Sport Sedan, features are only slightly different. For this vehicle, you’ll get the same black grille and spoiler and 18-inch, bright wheels. You’ll also have the low carbon trim inside plus RECARO performance seats with suede inserts.
